What information do we store?

At Sytex, it's important to keep a record of who performed each activity. That’s why we retain some basic details from your profile, even if your account is no longer active. We do not store personal information beyond your name, but we may have the following:

  • Phone number
  • Email Address
  • ID number

If you used the Tracking feature, we may also have records of your device’s location during the times you agreed to share it.
